tak habis-habis cerita sakit lagi.. bertabahlah korang ye..

pagi tadi unjuk kat kak masy shingles kat kaki aku ni. dgn muka kengerian tu sempat jugak dia dok kata, "ha, amikla gambo wat kenangan!" banyak la kenangan =p tapi aku suka nk share lagi psl 'penyakit' yg melanda baru2 ni.

walaupun kecik cinonit.. tp mak aiih sakit mcm luka terbelah-belah, hehe.... meh tgk!

ni ms baru2. dlm 48jam virus tu gerak. merah2 je baru. rashes. tapi ms ni da sakit2. all the urat2 kat sekeliling turned red.

ni lepas aku mkn anti viral. nampak ngeri sket. sakitnye.. jgn tanye.

Shingles At A Glance ~

Shingles is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox and can be spread to people who have not had chickenpox. Shingles, also known as Herpes zoster, is not related to the sexually transmitted herpes virus disease called herpes genitalis.

Shingles may cause pain that can continue after the rash disappears.

Shingles is contagious to people that have not previously had chickenpox, as long as there are new blisters forming and old blisters healing. Once all of the blisters are crusted over, the virus can no longer be spread.

But instead of developing shingles, these people develop chickenpox. Once they have had chickenpox, people cannot catch shingles (or contract the virus) from someone else. Once infected, however, people have the potential to develop shingles later in life. Steroids and antiviral drugs can help prevent long-term pain after shingles if they are started within the first two days of the appearance of the rash.

Shingles is often painful, this is because the virus travels along the nerve to get to the skin resulting in inflammation and damage to the nerve. The pain can last up to six months because nerves heal very slowly.

herpes zoster dalam bahasa melayu aku tak sure.. tapi ianya sejenis jangkitan urat saraf yg kelihatan seperti lepuh2 di kulit.

nasib baik kena dkt kaki.. kalau dkt muka.. haish. hehe. tp nk berjalan rs sakit la.. kena telan painkiller dgn antiviral drugs every 5hours. kalu tak.. sakitnya sampai ke kepala. itulah... run a very stressful life and poor sleeping and eating habit so ni akibatnya.

o, btw.. jgn terkejut harga ubat ni mahal giler. rm100 over for a week! steroid. nasib baik laa benefit clinic/medical kitorg unlimited. fuh~ so guys, berhati2la ye.
